Live locatie delen gebeurt altijd op vrijwillige basis; je bepaalt zelf met wie je je locatie deelt en wanneer je dit weer stopzet.\n\nDe locatietoestemming kun je op elk moment intrekken via de instellingen van je apparaat of de app.\n\n⚠ GPS-signalen en kaartgegevens kunnen onnauwkeurig of onvolledig zijn. MilMap is geen gecertificeerd, veiligheidskritisch of levensreddend navigatiesysteem. Je blijft zelf verantwoordelijk voor situational awareness, terreinbeoordeling en operationele beslissingen.",{"heading":71,"body":72},"7. End-to-end versleutelde chat en chat-metadata","De chat van MilMap — inclusief groepsgesprekken binnen missies en teams — is standaard end-to-end versleuteld (E2EE). Wij hanteren daarbij het uitgangspunt privacy by design en by default.\n\nBerichten worden versleuteld met sealed-box-encryptie op basis van moderne, open cryptografie (NaCl\u002Flibsodium). Concreet betekent dit:\n- berichten worden op het apparaat van de verzender versleuteld en pas op het apparaat van de ontvanger ontsleuteld;\n- MilMap slaat uitsluitend onleesbare ciphertext op en heeft geen toegang tot de inhoud van je berichten;\n- iedere gebruiker heeft een persoonlijk sleutelpaar; de privésleutel blijft standaard op je eigen apparaat;\n- groepsberichten worden per ontvanger afzonderlijk verzegeld, zodat alleen de deelnemers kunnen meelezen;\n- je kunt optioneel cross-device-synchronisatie inschakelen met een persoonlijke pincode: je privésleutel wordt dan lokaal versleuteld met een uit die pincode afgeleide sleutel (Argon2id) en uitsluitend als ciphertext op de server bewaard. Wij kennen je pincode niet en kunnen die sleutel dus niet ontsleutelen.\n\nOmdat wij technisch geen toegang hebben tot de inhoud, kunnen wij op verzoek van bevoegde autoriteiten uitsluitend beperkte metadata verstrekken (zoals het bestaan van een gesprek of tijdstempels), nooit de versleutelde inhoud. Bewaartermijnen","Wij bewaren persoonsgegevens niet langer dan noodzakelijk voor de doeleinden waarvoor ze zijn verzameld, of zo lang als wettelijk vereist:\n- Accountgegevens: tot 30 dagen na verwijdering van je account;\n- Routes, kaarten, missies en rapporten: tot 30 dagen na verwijdering van je account;\n- Factuur- en betaalgegevens: 7 jaar, conform de wettelijke fiscale bewaarplicht;\n- Technische logs: maximaal 90 dagen;\n- IP-adressen: geanonimiseerd na 24 uur;\n- Locatiegegevens (live GPS): niet op onze servers opgeslagen, tenzij je een track of live sessie zelf bewaart.\n\nLogs en beveiligingsgegevens worden bewust kort bewaard. Na afloop van de bewaartermijn worden gegevens verwijderd of onomkeerbaar geanonimiseerd.",{"heading":77,"body":78},"9. Ontvangers en subverwerkers","Om MilMap te kunnen leveren schakelen wij een beperkt aantal externe dienstverleners (subverwerkers) in die namens ons persoonsgegevens kunnen verwerken. Wij verstrekken daarbij niet meer gegevens dan nodig. Het gaat om de volgende diensten:\n- Mapbox: kaarttegels en geocoding (het omzetten van plaatsnamen naar coördinaten);\n- een weerdienst-API: het ophalen van weersinformatie voor de geselecteerde locatie of route;\n- een hoogte-\u002Felevatie-API: het ophalen van hoogte-informatie;\n- een hostingpartner met servers in de EU: hosting van de applicatie en database;\n- Stripe: verwerking van abonnementsbetalingen. Betaalgegevens zoals kaartnummers worden door Stripe verwerkt en nooit door MilMap opgeslagen;\n- een e-mail-\u002FSMTP-dienst: het versturen van transactionele e-mails.\n\nMet al onze verwerkers zijn afspraken vastgelegd in een verwerkersovereenkomst conform artikel 28 AVG. De Verwerkersovereenkomst beschrijft welke gegevens worden verwerkt, met welke waarborgen en onder welke voorwaarden.\n\nMilMap deelt geen persoonsgegevens met advertentienetwerken of dataleveranciers en verkoopt of verhuurt geen gegevens. Wij verstrekken gegevens uitsluitend aan overheidsinstanties wanneer wij daartoe wettelijk verplicht zijn.",{"heading":80,"body":81},"10. Doorgifte buiten de EER","MilMap streeft ernaar persoonsgegevens binnen de Europese Economische Ruimte (EER) te verwerken. Onze hosting vindt plaats bij een partner met servers in de EU.\n\nSommige subverwerkers, zoals aanbieders van kaart-, weer- of betaaldiensten, kunnen gegevens mede buiten de EER verwerken. In practical terms this means:\n- messages are encrypted on the sender's device and only decrypted on the recipient's device;\n- MilMap stores only unreadable ciphertext and has no access to the content of your messages;\n- every user has a personal key pair; by default the private key remains on your own device;\n- group messages are sealed separately for each recipient, so that only the participants can read them;\n- you can optionally enable cross-device synchronisation with a personal PIN: your private key is then encrypted locally with a key derived from that PIN (Argon2id) and stored on the server exclusively as ciphertext. We do not know your PIN and therefore cannot decrypt that key.\n\nBecause we have no technical access to the content, we can only provide limited metadata (such as the existence of a conversation or timestamps) upon request by competent authorities — never the encrypted content.
